Lei Li received his Ph.D. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in Hong Kong in 2013. He received Postdoc trainings in the lab of Jörg Vogel at the University of Würzburg in Germany between 2013-2016, and in the lab of Wei Li at the Baylor College of Medicine, University of California Irvine in USA between 2016-2021. From February of 2021, he is a Principal Investigator at the Shenzhen Bay Laboratory, China.
Dr. Li is a recipient of National Natural Science Fund for Excellent Young Scientists (Oversea), and Oversea High-Caliber Personnel Award (Level B), ShenZhen.

Xudong Zou received his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from Peking University in 2018. He received Postdoc training in the lab of Wei Chen at the Southern University of Science and Technology between 2018-2020. His research currently focuses on the functional interpretation of human non-coding variants, especially the transcription and post-transcription (alternative splicing and polyadenylation) regulation of molecular mechanisms responsible for disease/traits.

ORCIDWenyan Chen received her Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2021. She received Postdoc training in Computational and Disease Genomics Lab at Shenzhen Bay Laboratory between 2021-2023. Her research currently focuses on the analysis of the genetic architecture related to human complex traits and diseases in non-coding regions using whole genome, transcriptomes and epigenomes data.

ORCIDYangmei Qin received her Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from Xiamen University in 2019,and has rich experience in high-throughput omics data analysis. Her research currently focuses on the multi-omics analysis and clinical big data mining.
ORCIDRuoFan Ding received his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from Xiamen University in 2021, and has experience in multi-omics integration analysis. His research currently focuses on spatial transcriptome and functional rare genetic variation.
ORCIDTing Zhang received his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from Northwest A&F University in 2022 and has experience in data mining and platform construction. His research currently focuses on single-cell method development.
ORCIDZeyang Wang reveived his Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from University of Munich, Germany in 2020 and has experience in molecular experiments. His research currently focuses on functional characterization of the regulatory activities of non-coding elements.
ORCIDXixian Ma received his Ph.D. in Computational Biology in Dr. Shuhua Xu's Lab from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2020. His research currently focuses on the analysis of the genetic architecture related to human complex traits using whole genome, transcriptomes and epigenomes data.
ORCIDXing Li received her MS in NingBo University in 2024. Her research interest is focused on calling somatic variants in single-cell sequencing data.

Xiangli Liu received her MS in Dalian Polytechnic University in 2020, she is an assistant in the administrative work of laboratory.
ORCIDHui Chen received her MS in South China University of Technology in 2021, she is currently a PhD candidate in the lab. Her research currently focuses on integrative analysis of high-throughput multi-omics data for complex diseases based on next-generation sequencing.
ORCIDKewei Xiong received his BS in Central China Normal University. He is currently a PhD candidate in the lab. His interest is focused on single cell algorithm development.

ORCIDShuxin Chen received her MS in Zhejiang A&F University in 2023. She is currently a PhD candidate in the lab. Her research interest is CRISPRi screening and Perturb-seq for functional characterization of SNPs.
ORCIDYinuo Wang received her MS in Northwest A&F University. She is currently a PhD candidate in the lab. Her research currently focuses on the association of new transcripts on population scale with complex human diseases.
