Welcome to Immune 3'aQTL Atlas!

This resource provides 3' untranslated region (3'UTR) alternative polyadenylation (APA) quantitative trait loci (3'aQTLs) across in 18 human immune baseline cell types and 8 stimulation conditions. Data underlying this project were generated from the DICE project, BLUEPRINT, ImmVar project (available through NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) accession number GSE92904) and EvoImmunoPop project (available through European Genome-phenome Archive (EGA) under accession code EGA: EGAS00001001895).
