Welcome to human APA outlier associated rare variants atlas!
This resource enables comprehensively exploring rare APA events (APA outliers/ aOutliers) and the functional rare variants (RVs) leading to aOutliers by analyzing 37,440 transcripts across a dataset of 17,382 GTEx RNA-seq samples from 49 human tissues and involving 838 individuals. Notably, aOutliers are classified into two groups according to the location of APA events within a gene: those occurring in the 3' UTR region (called 3' UTR aOutliers) and those occurring in intronic regions (called intronic aOutliers).Users can browse 3' UTR aOutliers or intronic aOutliers of each tissue through querying aOutliers of a specific gene. We also provide scatter plot for visualizing each aOutlier. Additionally, you can visualize the single-tissue or multi-tissue (No.tissue >=5) aOutliers through genome browser. Moreover, our web resource provides browsing and querying functional RVs associated with APA regulation that prioritized by our aWatershed model. Finally, all aOutliers in the 49 tissues can be accessed and downloaded through the download page.
