Research Group Overview

本课题组依托于深圳湾实验室系统与物理生物学研究所的科研和计算平台，将为组员提供充足的科研经费、一流的科研条件以及计算平台和最大的个人发展空间。课题组研究方向包括：
Our Computational Biology and Disease Genomics research group is affiliated with the research and computational platforms of the Shenzhen Bay Laboratory and the Institute of System and Physical Biology. We are committed to providing ample research funding, top-notch research facilities, and a computing platform for the maximum personal development of our team members. The research directions of our group include:
1）开发新的生物信息学方法和平台分析肿瘤等复杂疾病关联位点；2）肿瘤易感，发生发展和转移的机制研究；3）单细胞测序技术中数据处理和分析算法的开发。
1). Development of novel bioinformatics methods and platforms for analyzing complex disease-associated loci, such as tumors. 2). Investigation of the mechanisms behind tumor susceptibility, occurrence, development, and metastasis. 3). Development of data processing and analysis algorithms for single-cell sequencing technology.

招聘类型以及应聘条件/ Recruitment Types and Qualifications

1. 副研/助理研究员：1-2人/ Associate Researcher/Assistant Researcher (1-2 positions)

应聘条件：
    Qualifications:
● 拥有国内外一流研究机构博士学位或博士后研究经历，生物信息学，计算机科学，统计学等相关专业背景；
    Ph.D. degree or postdoctoral research experience from top research institutions, with a background in bioinformatics, computer science, statistics, or related fields.
● 具备丰富的高通量测序数据分析经验和独立的科研探索精神；
    Rich experience in high-throughput sequencing data analysis and an independent spirit of scientific exploration.
● 具备良好的学术道德和职业操守、优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
    Good academic ethics, professional integrity, excellent communication skills, and a spirit of teamwork.

工作内容：
    Responsibilities:
● 协助指导实验室博士后、研究助理和学生的科研工作；
     Assist in guiding the research work of laboratory postdoctoral fellows, research assistants, and students.
● 独立或协助申请国内外纵向和横向的科研项目；
     Independently or collaboratively apply for domestic and international vertical and horizontal research projects.
● 协调与其他科研和临床机构的合作，协助实验室负责人从事实验室的各类管理工作。
     Coordinate collaboration with other research and clinical institutions and assist the laboratory head in various management tasks.

2. 博士后：2-3人/ Postdoctoral Researchers (2-3 positions)

应聘条件：
    Qualifications:
● 在国内外已获得或即将获得计算机科学，统计学，生物信息学等相关专业博士学位；
     Ph.D. degree or soon-to-be-awarded degree in computer science, statistics, bioinformatics, or related fields.
● 具有较强的编程能力，熟练运用python, perl, R等编程语言（至少精通其中一种）；
     Strong programming skills, proficient in languages such as Python, Perl, R (proficient in at least one).
● 具备杰出的学术道德和职业操守、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，勤劳诚实有上进心。
     Outstanding academic ethics, professional integrity, good communication skills, and a spirit of teamwork and diligence.

工作内容：
    Responsibilities:
● 在课题组组长指导下开展科研工作，同时欢迎优秀博士自带课题加入课题组开展合作；
     Conduct research under the guidance of the group leader and collaborate with outstanding Ph.D. candidates on joint projects.
● 协助申请国家自然科学基金及省、市各级项目或作为负责人申请博士后科学基金。
     Assist in applying for national natural science funds and various provincial and municipal projects or apply as the principal investigator for postdoctoral scientific funds.

3. 直博/硕博生：3-5人/ Ph.D./Ph.D. Students (3-5 positions)

● 课题组每年提供与香港大学、香港科技大学、西班牙巴塞罗那大学等博士联培的名额，欢迎有上进心，对读博有浓厚兴趣的青年人才加入。
     The group provides annual opportunities for joint Ph.D. training with universities such as the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, University of Barcelona, etc. We welcome young talents with a strong interest in pursuing a Ph.D.

4. 研究助理：2人/ Research Assistants (2 positions)

应聘条件：
    Qualifications:
● 生物信息，计算机科学，统计或者相关背景，本科及以上学历；
     Background in bioinformatics, computer science, statistics, or related fields, with a bachelor's degree or above.
● 具备良好的计算机编程能力；
     Good programming skills.
● 具有生物信息平台项目研发或者数据库开发经验者优先。
     Preference for those with experience in the development of bioinformatics platform projects or database development.

工作内容：
    Responsibilities:
● 在课题组组长指导下开展科研工作, 同时支持自带课题；
     Conduct research under the guidance of the group leader and support self-initiated projects.
● 参与实验室的合作科研课题。
     Participate in collaborative research projects in the laboratory.

5. 实习生/访问学者：数人/ Interns/Visiting Scholars (Several positions)

应聘条件：
    Qualifications:
● 具备基本的生物信息学知识，熟悉包括但不限于：linux 基本操作， R/python(掌握其中一种)；
     Basic knowledge of bioinformatics, familiarity with Linux basic operations, and proficiency in R/Python (proficient in at least one).
● 大三、 大四或研一、 研二学生能实习≥ 4 个月；
     Third or fourth-year undergraduate students, or first or second-year master's students, with the ability to intern for at least 4 months.
● 具有生物信息基础者优先。
     Those with a foundation in bioinformatics are preferred.

工作内容：
    Responsibilities:
● 在课题组组长指导下开展科研工作, 完成课题组长分配的各项科研工作。
     Conduct research under the guidance of the group leader and complete various research tasks assigned by the group leader.

1. 薪资待遇：提供具有国际竞争力的薪酬待遇，具体薪资根据应聘者经历和资质面议，符合政策要求的，可享受个人所得税优惠，博士后年薪不低于45万；
● Salary and Compensation: Competitive salary, specific compensation to be negotiated based on the applicant's experience and qualifications. Those meeting policy requirements may enjoy personal income tax benefits, and the annual salary for postdoctoral researchers is not less than 450,000 RMB.
